I am a certified personal trainer and BCAK registered kinesiologist with years of experience helping clients build strength, move confidently, and feel at home in their bodies.

I specialize in in-home personal training for those who prefer the comfort and convenience of working out in their own space, as well as online strength coaching for clients seeking a flexible, effective program that fits their schedule. Whether you're brand new to fitness, navigating injury recovery, or ready to take your strength to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you forward with care, structure, and evidence-based support.
