To me, it means feeling strong, capable, and comfortable in your own skin - whatever that looks like for you.
I wasn’t always into fitness. I hated gym class, avoided team sports, and when I played soccer as a kid, I was way more into chasing butterflies than chasing the ball. But somewhere along the way, I stepped into a gym, picked up a weight, and something clicked. Strength training made me feel empowered, and I realized movement didn’t have to be about performance - it could be about feeling good, showing up for yourself, and building confidence.
Now, as a kinesiologist and strength coach, I help others find that same connection. I work with people at all different stages - from beginners to active older adults, youth athletes, busy professionals, and anyone who wants to move better and feel stronger in their daily life.
My approach is simple and supportive. Whether we’re working together in your home, online, or through custom programming, I meet you where you're at and help you build from there. No pressure, no judgment - just sustainable progress, smart training, and a space where you feel seen and supported.
